What we collect

When you buy the Guide, Stripe collects your payment details and email address to process the order; we receive your email, the amount, and a transaction ID so we can deliver the file and support you. We do not see or store your card number.

This site uses the Meta Pixel and standard server logs, which record page views and purchase events (not your name or card details) so we can measure our advertising. You can limit this with your browser's tracking settings or Meta's ad preferences.

How we use it

To deliver your download link and replace it if it fails.
To answer support email.
To measure which ads lead to sales.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery), and Meta (advertising measurement), each under their own privacy policies.

Retention and your rights

Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting and support. Email hello@makemewhale.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted where the law allows.
